„Because I design for men it was logical that it would become a shoe for men. This is my first shoe design, and it was difficult to think in 3-D. What I did find convenient was that modern-day shoe machines can make anything; that really amazed me.”

Roos Koster (26) describes herself as very inquisitive and open-minded. This is evidenced by her wide range of work experience. She worked for such companies as Misericordia in Lima, Peru, acquiring experience there before beginning her studies at the Fashion Institute Arnhem. Her experience as a waitress in various bars and restaurants and as a sales clerk for men’s underwear also comes in handy from time to time. In terms of fashion Roos finds her inspiration in people.
